Волшебная вещь . Чехол выглядит надёжно, жёсткий, но очень приятный на ощупь. В комплекте бархатная сумочка для инструмента, молоточек для настройки пластин, ручка из кожзама с винтами (можно прикрутить к деревянному корпусу или оставить без ручки), ещё пара силиконовых насадок на пальцы и 12 прямоугольных наклеек двух цветов, возможно для того чтобы маркировать пластины. В комплект также входит инструкция на английском языке с простеньким нотами (хотя не будь я музыкантом наверное могла бы и не разобраться как их читать). В комплекте не оказалось салфетки, а при распаковке инструмент был в древесной пыли и стружке, но это не критично важно, пыль смахивается за минуту. Лично мне, чтобы удобнее было играть, видимо придётся немного отрастить ногти, так как у меня довольно крупные большие пальцы и я легко цепляю соседние пластинки в процессе игры. Сначала показалось что плохо настроена верхняя октава, а прислушавшись поняла что это звенят обертоны. Доставка в Минск 3,5 недели.

Shipping was really fast! Received products in perfect condition, no scratches or marks. My only complaint is that it was missing red and green stickers and the green cleaning cloth. Everything else was included. Also for some reason the package was a little dirty inside and smelled a little bit like chemicals.
